Waited too long to Drop off my car the process was unorganized. Ppl were arguing because no one knew who was next! Car wash was good! unorganized. Ppl were arguing because no one knew who was next! Car wash was good! More

Drop my car off at 12Pm on 1/19/2021 for oil change and 3 recall . Got a call to pick up the car but not enough time to go before the shop close. Went to get my car the next day wait over an hour then was to recall . Got a call to pick up the car but not enough time to go before the shop close. Went to get my car the next day wait over an hour then was told they miss place my car key. Left because I have to go to work. The manager promised they will detail wash the car for me. Call at 1pm was told that I cannot pick up the car yet as they detailing my car. Got my car at 4:45pm . Car was not even wash properly . There was many light pop all over dashboard siaid it need reset which was not there when I drop the car off. I feel that the job was done very poor and no quality control to make sure customer get what promised to them. Very disappointed. I can't bring my car in the next day because I am out of town for 3 and haft weeks . Now I am wory that something go wrong with my car because of all those light on the dashboard when I return home and Lexus would not take responsible for it because it been almost 4 weeks by the time I return More
