You asked so here you go: about the time I thought my car should be ready I called the dealership and asked if my car was ready. They told me my service advisor was out to lunch and told me he would be back should be ready I called the dealership and asked if my car was ready. Why should that be an answer for telling me if my car is ready or not? I asked for the service manager but she was busy and I was told she would call me back but never did. I was told by the service advisor that the job would take about 1 1/2 hours and I waited for over 2 hours. During that time no one kept me informed, I tried reaching my advisor by text several times with no about 1 1/2 hours and I waited for over 2 hours.
