I am usually very satisfied with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. This last time I took my car for an oil change and complimentary car wash. I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours. Not only wasn’t This last time I took my car for an oil change and complimentary car wash. I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours. Not only wasn’t my car ready in two hours, the service department was closed and I didn’t received a text or call. Thus, I called and was told to call the next day. Very unprofessional. I think Mr. Juan Correa needs to be trained better especially in communication skills. More

My original adviser was Andres Rust, who provided the worst service. There was no communication with us and no return calls until the end of the day when a Mgr had to get involved.
