Quantity versus quality The "2012 collision center of the year".. I took my car to get repairs done and the lack of communication was very inconvenient. My car was there for 7 and a half week's. they told me my on 3 separate occasions my car was ready and when I got there it was still unfinished. when it was finally ready for pick up, my battery was dead and the car was still unfinished. Ended up having to take it somewhere else.. The service was so bad and I was so frustrated, they just told me to take it to another body shop. Those were the words of the manager, Mike Valabek. I do not recommend this place.. oh and the many times I went in to check on the status? I heard other customers complain about the service they received. More
