Was very disappointed with the service on my uv200. My car was picked up on Thursday am and I was given a loaner which was fine. But I never heard from the service dept all day. I finally calledat 4:30 to car was picked up on Thursday am and I was given a loaner which was fine. But I never heard from the service dept all day. I finally calledat 4:30 to check on the status . Was was told my car was done but there were no driver available they all went home and they will bring my car back Friday. This is my third car from you and never had this before Also.I asked them to wash my car ,which was the worst job. Very shoddy More

Went for an oil change and was told I need service and recommended me to buy tires, replace front and back shocks.. On the Lexus website it says a free cabin filter for having sercice recommend. My original adviser was Andres Rust, who provided the worst service. There was no communication with us and no return calls until the end of the day when a Mgr had to get involved.
