Very nice and professional staff; however the vehicle service and carwash service is very poor. Every time I’m supposed to get a carwash afterwards, my vehicle comes back even more dirtier than I handed service and carwash service is very poor. Please add the enter and exit signs to exit the service parking lot. I have hard time to get in and out of the parlor due to the lay out. The service is done as promised time. I am very disappointed with that center. I took my RX350 there after purchasing it a week ago to have the two front windows tinted on 10/03/20 only to get it back with the driver side door edge with several there after purchasing it a week ago to have the two front windows tinted on 10/03/20 only to get it back with the driver side door edge with several scratches as if when the vehicle was parked up too close to the wall at the service center before it was taken to the back. I am definitely not happy with how my car is handled there. More
