Waited 20 minutes for service advisor. Only got taken care of after speaking up. While in tiny office of service advisor other employees walked in. This is not appropriate during Covid- 19. Three different times I was asked to sign things all with pens that employees and other guests had used. That is not appropriate during this time. Offer clean pens. Need more sanitizer around. Should be in every advisors office. COVID-19 precautions? I have not been more disappointed with a business in the past 6 months. More
