Nobody acknowledged me in the 3 1/2 hours that I was there. The service writer never approached me or told me my car was finished. John service rep, great, enthusiastic. 2.5 hours waiting for car was to long for 1st 5600 miles service. Car wash was a wasted effort. Didn't vacuum trunk, rim's not clean, sensors went off, informing they for car was to long for 1st 5600 miles service. Car wash was a wasted effort. Made appointment & still had to wait almost 3 hours, and I didn’t even have an oil change, just 15,000 mile service.Gave my cell # for updates yet updates kept going to husbands cell who was not with me.
