It was a better experience, John was knowledgeable and the it person was fabulous. Wish I had caught his name. The only negative came when I was about 3 miles away- down 75. Called and they said no both there. I pulled over searched my car, it wasn’t there so I called back and again they said they’d go check and nothing. So I head back to dealer and walked in and it was on cashiers ledge- obviously no one actually looked. No one noticed More

After about one hour I was notified that the work I needed performed would take a long time so I was offered a loa care of by another service person.
