This was our first time getting our car serviced here after we bought it. We had high hopes for the service but were disappointed. They said an oil change would take about a hour and a half. We ended up after we bought it. We had high hopes for the service but were disappointed. They said an oil change would take about a hour and a half. We ended up waiting 3 hours just for an oil change. When we finally got the car back there were oil marks on the leather inside of the drivers door and on the white paint outside of the door. Whoever worked on the car also left their hair net on the passenger seat. We were really looking forward to a nice visit but unfortunately we’re very disappointed. More

I believe that Lexus of Pembroke Pines has a very good service department, I can say that is the best compared to other Lexus dealers. They are very professional and always puts their customers and custo service department, I can say that is the best compared to other Lexus dealers. They are very professional and always puts their customers and customer needs first, especially now during the pandemic. My vehicle was due for maintenance and they have a great system where they picked up my car from home took it to get it served after that it got disinfected and brought back to me, in the meantime I got a loaner in case I needed to go out. I recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines 💯! More
