Well everytime that my car needs to be serviced, as soon as I arrived the employees are ready to seve me. Everybody is very polite. Rooms are very clean,and confortable. With all the scare about the virus, I was very glad that Lexus offered the pick up service. He cane out as scheduled ... even nice enough to leave me a loaner. Vehicle issues Never resolved. I bought a certified preowned 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. (along with a $2500 Lexus extended warranty program). There have been numerous issues from th I bought a certified preowned 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. (along with a $2500 Lexus extended warranty program). There have been numerous issues from the inception of this transaction that I am not happy with. It's a beautiful vehicle except for the fact that the vehicle was sold to me with almost bald tires and a plug in the sidewall of one of the rear tires. As a previous service technician I understand this to be against DOT regulations (department of transportation). (the tire can explode while driving). Needless to say Lexus of Pembroke Pines promptly serviced my vehicle and replaced all four tires with brand new ones. However, from the moment I bought the vehicle the brakes have been absolutely horrendous. The brakes pull to the right rather hard, and the steering wheel shakes and the brake pedal pulsates anytime I use the brakes. It drives like a 1990's used Chevy. They were supposed to have replace the brakes during my last service visit but they did not do so. Even though they said they did. They did not. Shouldn't this have been taken care of PRIOR to selling the vehicle to me? THIS WAS A CERTIFIED PRE OWNED LEXUS COSTING ME OVER $34,000. I would imagine the brakes should have at least been inspected? I would like my vehicle fixed properly and maybe then I will change my opinion about Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Lexus. Please help me to rectify these issues. More
