If there was a way to give no stars, that’s the rating Lexus of PP would get. Took the car in for a fuel pump recall. I received that car back smelling like fuel. I took it back to have it cleaned, and An Lexus of PP would get. Took the car in for a fuel pump recall. I received that car back smelling like fuel. I took it back to have it cleaned, and Andre, whom I have done business with before, proceeded to tell me “ma’am, it doesn’t smell like fuel.” After I pleaded my case, they eventually cleaned it anyway. The next day I noticed the center cap of the rim was missing. I called the service department and a nice lady said they would have the part for me ready on Monday. On Monday, Andre, again, gave me a condescending response as if this was my fault. He handed me the plastic wrapper and stated “this has the part number in case you lose another one”. There was no need for Andre to say that to a customer. I stated I didn’t “lose” the part, it wasn’t there when I picked up the car. Horrible customer service. I’m completely mortified by the treatment I received for issues that were out of my control. I do NOT recommend anyone to this location. More
