My overall experience with the service and personnel was great but the loaner vehicle which was dirty and made me feel unsafe even though I was told it had been cleaned and sanitized. I’ve been going to this dealership since 2005, the service has declined immensely. I brought my car in for service which includes a wash which was done poorly, it was still dirty when I picked it up. service has declined immensely. A couple of years ago someone caused damage to my front bumper when I brought it in for service and no one said anything until I noticed when I picked it up. It wasn’t repaired properly and keeps coming loose, they said ‘Just push it back in’. In this last service I didn’t even get the Safety Inspection Form. This my second car I buy and service at this location but I don’t think I’ll buy my third one there. More
