Carlos, and John were amazing, I wish that I could remember the name of the girl that helped me as well I’m very concerned about the novel coronavirus, family and friends have tested positive, and af remember the name of the girl that helped me as well I’m very concerned about the novel coronavirus, family and friends have tested positive, and after I made my concerns known, they were very helpful, many people, staff, and customers were not wearing masks that covered their noses though I bought new tires from Carlos in June, I had a nail in my tire, and it was leaking air when I removed the nail. after AAA put on the spare, I called to tell them that I was coming, and that I was very concerned about the virus, Tiffany helped me on the phone, and John in service allayed my fears Once I got there, I was in and out in an hour As usual, Carlos was there, and he always does a great job More

Nobody acknowledged me in the 3 1/2 hours that I was there. The service writer never approached me or told me my car was finished. John service rep, great, enthusiastic. 2.5 hours waiting for car was to long for 1st 5600 miles service. Car wash was a wasted effort. Didn't vacuum trunk, rim's not clean, sensors went off, informing they for car was to long for 1st 5600 miles service. Car wash was a wasted effort.
