Great service department! I have been bringing my vehicle to this Lexus dealership for 6 years. They have always accommodated me and assured that my service needs were met to my satisfaction. The lobby waiting area is also very comfortable and a fresh cup of coffee is always waiting for me. In the rare occasion I have dropped by without an appointment, I am not turned away. I think I will always want to own a Lexus! More

My experience with service has been sub par I wAs told that I would have to wait three weeks for a loner car. My original Service guy was busy so someone else took care of me. Awful customer service I'm very disappointed with the customer service in general. I've been bringing my car the last two service and every time is something different. Firs I'm very disappointed with the customer service in general. I've been bringing my car the last two service and every time is something different. First, you pay for a lot of things that your car don't need, and I'm sure that they don't inspect in the vehicle. Second, they don't explain you nothing, if you need some special request, they try that you overpaid for that. They have the obligation to balance the tires and maybe make the alignment if it requires, but not, they don't check nothing at all. They put in the report that my brakes are GOOD. Really!!!??? I had to buy my rotors and pads because the factory parts are really bad. So, why they say that my brakes are ok? I think that the service in dealership are like scams. All the time they try to selling you package that aren't really necessary. And the work hand, $144, really? This guy gain more than me in one hour!!??? You need to offer better services, instead the scam the customers. The next time that I will go to service my car, I will check it first with a professional, just to see what is the story this time.... Be aware!! More
