The internet already shows that this dealer is excellent... The setting is clean, comfortable; with a cookie, smoothie, coffee lounge. :) The sales and financial areas where straight forward even charming in attitude and presentation. This is the only dealer I actually look forward to visiting (probably due to the cookies). Even a few days after the sale, when we came back to pick up the car, the sales fellow hung around and showed personal interest - and shared a few life stories. I know all businesses must make money - but all I ask from a car dealer is to be fair: share discount offers etc., and don't try to argue over a few dollars. If they don't, I won't - and we'll both be happier. More
