Today we went to the dealership for the first service for my IS350, and I contacted Jeanette, and she made an appointment right away, and I showed up right before 7:30 that the dealership would open its door my IS350, and I contacted Jeanette, and she made an appointment right away, and I showed up right before 7:30 that the dealership would open its doors for service. We got in right away, and she wrote up the service needs today, and explained in detail for what services would be done, and how much time it would consume, and there is free 32 points inspection for the car. What a blessing to get free inspection. The car came back within one hour, and the inspection found it is in perfect condition, and she also tells me what to expect in the next 5,000 and 10,000 miles in terms of service needed. What a professional, and if you should need service needed, you know what to do. More
