Emily was incredibly knowledgeable on all features the RC, ES, and GS had to offer. Even with the hours I spend researching before I step foot on a dealership lot, Emily showed me many features I did not know about! As a result of Emily's extensive knowledge on the different features on each car, I was able to make a much more informed decision, which greatly expedited my purchase. Even though her dealership did not have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, she was able to obtain the vehicle I wanted with the exact interior/exterior colors, and all added packages and options I was looking for. She even worked with the General Manager, John Cabral, to beat a competitive offer I had from another local dealership. John was excellent in explaining every question I asked regarding the price. In the end, I could not have asked for a better experience. Emily and John both went to great lengths to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
