He’s super knowledgeable and worked to get us the perfect TX, albeit our specific requirements! From sales to finance to keys in hand, then to running board installation, the whole process was smooth. My wife and I felt taken care of throughout the process thanks to Jimmy and the team. Even though there are closer Lexus dealerships to us, we make the drive to Pleasanton for this reason. I loved working with Nick to make my RX look like new again. I had some leather damage (gotta love those furbabies) and they were able to help me get those repaired and prevent my interior from degrading again.
