I recently had my Lexus 450H serviced with Jason Portillo - and the service I received was so far beyond what would be expected. In addition to making sure my car was properly serviced, he noticed my new tir - and the service I received was so far beyond what would be expected. He helped me understand the problem, and gave me all the information and education I needed in order to have the original seller replace them.
