Jeanette Pettit was my service consultant, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing a "used" vehicle from somewhere else that was not a Lexus dealer. I was "extremely" impressed by the fact that Chris (who serviced my car) sent me a video of the entire process. I drive all the way from Alameda because it is so worth it to be able to work with Forrest and his team. It is so hard to find honest people who I can fully trust with my car and money.
