Dropped my car for a routine oil checkup and returned to my windshield cracked. They didn’t even inform me of the crack on my windshield- they just told me the car is doing great, etc. Only once I picked up my windshield cracked. They gave me a loaner car and are repairing the windshield but the level of care is deeply concerning. More

Great used car purchase experience I was looking for my son’s first car, a 4yr old Civic (I know from a Lexus dealership). When I got the app alert I messaged and Nader got back to me pretty quickly. He let me know they had just received the car and it needed to be prepped and provided status updates along the way. Early Saturday we showed up for our appointment and Nader had pulled the cat up front and it was exactly as described (others we’d looked at had smoke smell and mold yuck). We told them we’d take it and along came the invariable wait in the waiting room but it was clean and had water and coffee. Last came the final step and it was really great that they didn’t pressure us to finance once we said we would be paying cash. And Jeremy even took the time to explain the process to our son. We recommend them and would definitely go back to the Hendricks family of dealerships for our next purchase. More
