When it came time to replace my 2015 Ford I was determined to find a dealership that treated me with respect and some kindness. I like to say I am a "Ford Survivor." I liked my Ford Edge but hated determined to find a dealership that treated me with respect and some kindness. I like to say I am a "Ford Survivor." I liked my Ford Edge but hated the two main dealerships in the East Bay that service sometimes rquired. Many of my friends drive Lexus and told me about the excellent care and service they received at Lexus of Pleasanton. So I was determined to buy a great dealership and lucky for me, the cars they sell are excellent! Chris King, Josh Hummel, Nate Lazaga (sp?) and Puru (sp?) made the experience easy and enjoyable. I am no longer dreading having to go to the dealership for service, but from what I hear about Lexus cars, it won't happen very often except for maintenance. More
