Rec'd 2 emails in which both contained videos from the service technician of the work done. She also provided me some detailed recommendations (later shown in report w/ invoice). I must say, this is probably the most comprehensive review I have been exposed to since I began bringing our Lexus vehicles to Pleasanton since our first RX 300 in 2000.
