Employees only call customers in one of the waiting areas .. I waited 2 hours for a technician to go get me I. Sales and funancing was very good and professional. The bad part was the vehicle was not prepped very well. Had siome type of white dots mostly on top side. Sales person sent car back for more cleaning but still had some spots. Took delivery and spent over two hours with the clay bar on hood, roof., rear decklid to clean. Looked like latex paint overspray from somewhere. That was the negative part of the experience. More
