Our sales associate was Jake Petch. My girlfriend and I have been looking for an IS500 in a specific spec and we’ve been looking for months. There was only one in the country at the time and we weren’t willing to spend the extra money on transferring that car over from the east coast to CA. I contacted Lexus Modesto, Roosville, Sacramento, San Jose, & Pleasonton and Jake from pleasanton managed to secure us a brand new cloudburst grey, black interior, IS500 F sport premium! He was on it for me and my girlfriend. I never met the guy but he treated us very seriously. He was friendly, attentive, a great communicator, patient with our special requests, flexible with hours, and even though he wasn’t on the clock he would respond and was willing to help us out and keep us always updated. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships but Jake really really set the standard on what a great salesman should be and a great customer service worker. This is my first review about anyone ever in my life. I am lazy with this kind of stuff but the way Jake treated us, it made me want to leave a review. So if you’re reading, PLEASE consider working with Jake. I promise you that he will NOT be let down. He really does go the extra mile for his clients and gave us such a one of a kind experience with purchasing one of the biggest investments of our lives. On short notice about Noon on Tuesday, July 1st I called Lexus of Pleasanton to set an appointment for service for my '23 RX350 SUV. I was asked if 2:30 PM the same day was OK? "Sure"! I then brought Lexus of Pleasanton to set an appointment for service for my '23 RX350 SUV. I was asked if 2:30 PM the same day was OK? "Sure"! I then brought the vehicle in for service. Two hours later the vehicle had been serviced as requested & I rec'd 2 videos of the work done & a very complete overview presented to me by Service Rep Nick Wilson despite a very full dealership with vehicles lined up "...out the door..."
