Josh was great. Stayed with us through out the lengthy process. Sales manager was helpful an did not take over (overtly). But like other dealerships, there seems to only be one paperwork person. I don't know why a plan can't be developed where the customer does not need to spend hours waiting to fill out papers to spend money on a car. I know there is a lot of paper work, but how about someone who does all of the prep work. Pleasant people and nice selection of cars. More
