I have been a loyal customer here in Pleasanton for over 5 years since owning my first Lexus. I have been very impressed with Jeanette Pettit who has been my advisor over the life of my car. I am equally impressed with how the mechanic who services my car is able to send me a video of complete inspection of my vehicle while am waiting for the car to be completed. I can be assured that everything is being looked over and draw attention to the items which may have cause for concern. I am very satisfied with the entire team at this dealership and highly recommend them to service your Lexus vehicle. More

Josh was great. Stayed with us through out the lengthy process. Sales manager was helpful an did not take over (overtly). But like other dealerships, there seems Stayed with us through out the lengthy process. Sales manager was helpful an did not take over (overtly). But like other dealerships, there seems to only be one paperwork person. I don't know why a plan can't be developed where the customer does not need to spend hours waiting to fill out papers to spend money on a car. I know there is a lot of paper work, but how about someone who does all of the prep work. Pleasant people and nice selection of cars. More
