They ordered a replacement windshield and had it in-stock within days. Maria Viera, a service adviser, helped coordinate with the insurance providers. When I dropped off the car, I was provided with a complimentary loaner. After the dealership replaced the glass, they inspected everything from brakes to tire tread, vacuumed the interior, and washed the exterior at no additional charge - then stayed a few minutes after closing to accommodate my late arrival for pick-up. The prices at Lexus of Pleasanton are higher than my local neighborhood mechanic, but the expertise and value they add is definitely worth it. More
