Drove my 2008 IS250 in for service to have some warranty work done. I am so dissatisfied with this dealer that I cannot put a percentage rating with it! First of all, I was given a service advisor that didn work done. I am so dissatisfied with this dealer that I cannot put a percentage rating with it! First of all, I was given a service advisor that didnt even introduce themself to me, was rushing me and did not even offer me a seat after I have been standing in her office for 15 minutes. I was promised a call about my vehicle 2 days after I dropped my car off. I did not get any call until the car was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the interior of my vehicle was left soiled, tools were left in my vehicle & all my LPS setting were all messed up. I took my car back within 5 minutes of driving off the lot to have the interior dirt cleaned. The got most of the dirt off but there are still oil stains present on my gray headliner. The personel there brushed me off after that and I did not even get a change to let them of the other issues. I WILL DEFINETLY NOT BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE NOT BUY A LEXUS VEHICLE FROM THEM. BEWARE! More
Complete utter rip off. Brought my 2005 Es for repair, was charged $200 right off the bat for diagnostic charge w/o anyone looking at it because that's what the 'computer" said to charge. It took them a week to fix the problem, I had to call daily to get a status rather than a courtesy call from them to let me know about my car. When I got the bill, it was a complete joke and it felt like someone just made up numbers and repairs. The cause of my car's problem, evolved from buring oil, that I put in bad gas, clogged catalytic converter. Then what killed me was they charged me $11 dollars worth of gas but when I left the lot, my gas tank light came on. I wanted to go back and give them xxxx but instead, I drove off and will never return. They fall in step of the culture of dealer service rip off. So, becareful my friends. If my car ever broke down in front of the place, I will have it towed and bring it else where. More
