After this experience I will surely continue to have my car serviced at Lexus Of Queens. I called them at 8:00 in the morning as I detected a slight burning rubber smell outside the car. They told me to bring it in right away and they would diagnose the problem. I pulled into the service area and was told by the Service advisor that my car would be looked at right away, amazing as I didn’t even have an appointment. I was then informed that I could wait in the Lexus Cafe where I was treated as though I was flying in first class. I was offered a newspaper, coffee and other beverages as well as a selection of muffins all while I was watching TV on a large flat screen. Less then an hour later, I was notified that a plastic bag had melted on to the exhaust causing the burning smell and that the service technicians had removed what was left of the bag. Then they brought my car up to me from the service area and to my surprise they had also washed it at no charge. Great Service, what more can I say… More
Leased a 2010 RX 350 from Lexus of Queens in July '10, got a fair trade and a good price on a new RX 350. Salesperson Katy was very helpful and professional in her dealings with me, the F/I person (forgo got a fair trade and a good price on a new RX 350. My experience has been most satisfying. I have interacted with both the GM and Service Mgr and found both to be most cooperative. Always have a loaner available when necessary. This dealership sucks big time. I visited this dealership 3 times within past few months. After my first visit, I had to fight to obtain my wheel caps back because a service person forgot to install them aft 3 times within past few months. My second visit got me really angry since I noticed a nasty scratch on right side mirror of my IS250. My most recent visit just made me laugh. I requested a loaner car since my car needed to be serviced (service campaign). When I arrived at Lexus of Queens, I was told that someone from Enterprise would pick me up within 10 minutes so I can go to Enterprise and pick up a loaner (Lexus would cover the cost). After waiting 30 minutes nothing happened. I just left very disappointed. It looks like Lexus uses Enterprise service to loan cars now. All in all, I was expecting to arrive at Lexus of Queens, get a loaner car and leave. I had Audi A6 before this Lexus, and I have to say that Audi service was way better. More
Drove my 2008 IS250 in for service to have some warranty work done. I am so dissatisfied with this dealer that I cannot put a percentage rating with it! First of all, I was given a service advisor that didn work done. I am so dissatisfied with this dealer that I cannot put a percentage rating with it! First of all, I was given a service advisor that didnt even introduce themself to me, was rushing me and did not even offer me a seat after I have been standing in her office for 15 minutes. I was promised a call about my vehicle 2 days after I dropped my car off. I did not get any call until the car was finished. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the interior of my vehicle was left soiled, tools were left in my vehicle & all my LPS setting were all messed up. I took my car back within 5 minutes of driving off the lot to have the interior dirt cleaned. The got most of the dirt off but there are still oil stains present on my gray headliner. The personel there brushed me off after that and I did not even get a change to let them of the other issues. I WILL DEFINETLY NOT BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE NOT BUY A LEXUS VEHICLE FROM THEM. BEWARE! More
Complete utter rip off. Brought my 2005 Es for repair, was charged $200 right off the bat for diagnostic charge w/o anyone looking at it because that's what the 'computer" said to charge. It took them a week to fix the problem, I had to call daily to get a status rather than a courtesy call from them to let me know about my car. When I got the bill, it was a complete joke and it felt like someone just made up numbers and repairs. The cause of my car's problem, evolved from buring oil, that I put in bad gas, clogged catalytic converter. Then what killed me was they charged me $11 dollars worth of gas but when I left the lot, my gas tank light came on. I wanted to go back and give them hell but instead, I drove off and will never return. They fall in step of the culture of dealer service rip off. So, becareful my friends. If my car ever broke down in front of the place, I will have it towed and bring it else where. More

More
