We will not return to L of R at this time because we are a bit tired of the additional drive of 20 miles each way. Although we will miss Frank Garcia, the L of R no loaner car policy for certain services no longer meets with our approval and we are switching to Crown Lexus for both our 2020 NX 300h's. My vehicle has already been taken there, the next day after L of R did my wife's vehicle, and I was pleased with the service, which, by the way, was the exact same service and took just over one hour. We will leave the door open and see what the future brings, but as for now we will give Crown Lexus an opportunity. Thanks to Frank for his years of service to us. If I can make a suggestion, don't send the video of a customer's vehicle to the customer at 10:15 am and not have the vehicle ready for pick up until 12:10 pm, almost two hours later for just a practically new car 10,000. mile service with no repairs required. That seems ridiculous.
