We live 75 miles away from this dealership. I could have purchased a similar vehicle from the local dealership, but Alex Montiel and Elva Padilla of internet sales made purchasing from the Riverside dealer purchased a similar vehicle from the local dealership, but Alex Montiel and Elva Padilla of internet sales made purchasing from the Riverside dealership well worth the trip. The local dealership utilized old school bargaining (which means constantly changing the offer after a previous offer is rejected). In contrast Alex and Elva were upfront about what they could and could not do and furthermore told us the reasons which made total sense. In addition, as a courtesy to us for traveling, they matched a CARMAX trade in value on our trade, which the local dealer was not willing to do. So the point is if you want to make a purchase from a dealership that will be upfront with you as opposed to being disingenuous, this is the place to go. More

I had a used F150 Limited "reserved" in my name after my credit had been approved and a Saturday AM appointment to sign and drive. Received a text message at 9PM Friday night telling me the used car manage credit had been approved and a Saturday AM appointment to sign and drive. Received a text message at 9PM Friday night telling me the used car manager had sold the vehicle. NOT Happy. As the credit app was required to reserve the car, I am disappointed to get push back for requesting the hard credit inquiry removed from my credit report. More
