I recently assisted my retired parents in purchasing a new 2021 RX350 at Lexus of Riverside. Our consultant was Alejandro Montiel, or Alex as he preferred to be called. Alex was PHENOMENAL. Doing a bit of online shopping before hand, we saw that there were great deals being offered by Lexus. We called the location and spoke with Alex. I was clear about the budget, the offers we were interested in, and the type of vehicle. He set us up an appointment that day, had the vehicles ready to be viewed once we arrived, and was extremely professional and kind throughout the visit. Having purchased numerous vehicles in the past, I was impressed by how quickly the process was. In regards to safety measures because of COVID, the location felt extremely clean/sanitized and the staff were performing great hygiene practices. This was paramount to me, as both my parents have underlying health conditions. Overall, from arriving to the dealership, looking at the vehicles, test driving, paperwork/financing, and leaving with the the perfect RX, the process took less than two hours. I appreciated their efficiency. Lastly, I can’t thank Alex enough for how thorough he was with everything, from paperwork to explaining the car features. Looking forward to referring him to friends and family for future Lexus purchases! More

We started at the Audi dealership and we were convinced that was the car that we wanted. When we arrived we waited for about 15 minutes before anyone approached us even though we had an appointment. The sales rep acted as we were a bother and was not able to answer any of the questions that we asked regarding the vehicles we were interested in other than the price. We were there for a total of 25 minutes and walked away. We walked over to Lexus and what a difference!!!! As soon as we parked our car and got out we were met by Abdel. He was fantastic! He asked what we were looking for and offered helpful information about the vehicles we were interested in. We test drove two vehicles and we ended purchasing the 350rx F Sport. Abdel worked hard to get us the best deal on our car. He listened to what we needed and made recommendations on what would work best for us. He was fantastic!!!! Customer service was on point.
