Service Department needs help in the personal skills area Our family has been long time customers of this dealership. The sales people in general have treated us very well. However over the last several visits we have seen a decline in the way the service department treats us. It feels very impersonal, and to the point when you come to pick up your car, they greet you but its almost like how fast can we get him out of here attitude. Its very impressive with the technology of computerized reporting and everything, but every once in a while it is nice to talk to someone, not necessarily watch a video that they send me, or look at a form that tells me that everything is okay. It is obvious to me what is going on here. The less time they spend with the customer frees them up to do something else to bring more money in. This is the way it seems anyway. So speed is of the essence, and the quality of the conversation that is had with the customer is out the window for sure. These are my feelings. More
