I arrived early for my appointment and was quickly informed that the service department would be open soon. My vehicle was taken in for service shortly after I spoke with a service advisor. Greeted as soon as I pulled up. First time having my car in for service. Super busy day for them. My husband drove down as well so I didn't have to sit and wait. Ok since the times l have been visiting Lexus of Roseville l have not had such an exceptional service before. I mean excellent service 👌 I have had good services before but not like this one. My service advisor was amazingly good and l sincerely appreciate every aspect of it. Firstly l wasn't able to make my scheduled appointment. I got there around 2 hrs later than l was scheduled for and l feared they wouldn't take me in. Even when l pulled in. I was told they might not be able to serve me but when they asked my service advisor he didn't send me away instead he suggested they could give me a car rental for free till Monday. If l am not mistaken his name is Brent....he welcomed me with a happy face and was so kind throughout my meeting with him. I was totally chocked when he said it's a very busy day and we happen to be just 2 of us today. We indeed have seen about 65 to 80 cars today. I looked at him with so much surprise that he was still receiving customers with so much smile on his face and he was willing to help without any hesitation and he took me in even when he had a choice to say no since l missed my appointment. I was so happy l met him. And of course he is my go to from now on. I LOVE MY SERVICE ON SATURDAY!!! FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE I WILL COME AGAIN!!! More
