Went to Roseville Lexus over the weekend to test drive a specific used car. Salesman Shane greeted us and went above and beyond to be helpful and answer all of our questions. He made the process surprisingl specific used car. Salesman Shane greeted us and went above and beyond to be helpful and answer all of our questions. He made the process surprisingly pleasant and easy. Even though we didn't end up purchasing the vehicle (due to personal preference of a different used car elsewhere,) Shane still texted to check in with us then wished us well on our new purchase. The next time we're on the market for a car our very first stop will be to Shane at Roseville Lexus. Thank you for debunking the car salesman stereotype, Shane:) More

First off, I am happy with the used car and the price. Here are some serious safety and personal concerns with this dealership. 1st, the car had wipers that only made the windshield dirtier. Completely dr Here are some serious safety and personal concerns with this dealership. 1st, the car had wipers that only made the windshield dirtier. Completely dry rotted. The brakes have a horrible shimmy due to warped rotors that I have to replace. The rear tires were clearly running unbalanced and should have been replaced when they replaced the other 2. Finally, when I finally had a chance to do my version of a deep clean (don't get me started on the "detail" job that was provided) I found an entire womans wallet with all of her information contained inside! I tried to contact the general Manager, Jay Uppal, as I was asked to do, and I have never heard back from him. My point is that this dealership obviously looks down on anyone buying a used car. The condition they put cars on the lot in is less than safe. Say what you will, but I never got a car from CarMax in this condition More
