Met a new service member who was nice and she educated me a little bit on my vehicle. Didn't get the gift I thought I would from an email but that's probably my fault for not asking. I've been going to this dealer for almost 15 years and there have been changes, I connect better with some than others, but overall they have always been friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. More

I bought a new RX 350 and spent $58,000+ for this vehicle. After driving it for 250 miles, we noticed a crack in the lower right windshield. We never heard a noise that sounded like a rock hit anywhe vehicle. After driving it for 250 miles, we noticed a crack in the lower right windshield. We never heard a noise that sounded like a rock hit anywhere around the car for the 250 miles. Your dealer refused to replace the windshield. I am not sure it was a bad windshield when it was installed. I guess that's my fault for not looking completely around. At the end of the day, I will NEVER BUY another car from your dealership. I have owned 5 lexus cars and this is no way to be treated. You had no trouble collecting my check for the vehicle. We stopped in on Saturday and shared our concern with Ryan, our sales person. He said to tell service to talk to him about it. I followed through and got treated like this. I will make sure and share my story with as many people as I know.
