Tascha and the rest of the Service Department are knowledgable, considerate, deliver the highest level of customer service, and do not try to up-sale you. I came in for my 30K mile service, thinking knowledgable, considerate, deliver the highest level of customer service, and do not try to up-sale you. My car is always given back to me in a timely manner, cleaner, and with a full report of what was done. Love this place! More

Tascha is a great service advisor we went over what my car needed and went over options of what to do now or latter. The ball was in my court the whole time with no pressure to do this or that. The whole staff at Roseville Lexus was great, they stayed an hour after closing and were super friendly the entire time.
