Waited almost an hour outside on cold, windy day for my Lyft ride back to dealership. I called my service rep after about 20-25 minutes and went to voicemail--left message. Waited another 10 minutes and ca Lyft ride back to dealership. I called my service rep after about 20-25 minutes and went to voicemail--left message. Waited another 10 minutes and called back and talked to someone in service. She put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and came back and didn't have any answers. I said can't you send me someone from Lexus instead of Lyft then. She said she would call me back and check. A few minutes later a get a text from Lyft that someone is on the way. (She never bothered to call me back.) Again, we wait for Lyft driver and finally get a text that says he waiting for us. No one is where I am--I call him. He was sent to PF Chiang--I was at Nordstrom Rack which is exactly where I was dropped off originally. I finally make it back to Lexus and am given my key. I walk out and no one is in sight. When I dropped off my car, I told the greeter that I was having problems operating the electronics and was told a technician would help me after the car was done. Again I waited and finally went back inside, and a young man from rentals asked if I needed help. I told him I was actually very unhappy about the whole experience. He tried finding out who my salesman was--turns out he is in finance and he was busy. So the young man came out and helped me -- the only bright spot of the whole Lexus experience. (By the way, a Lyft ride is not an acceptable mode of transportation from Lexus!) More
I have now dealt with Lexus of Roseville on two occasions and have been very satisfied.
