I liked Kevin, the first person who contacted my son and I, he was great and allowed us to drive the Lexus. Unfortunately, my husband wasn't there so I couldn't purchase. I ended up purchasing from Ryan who I, he was great and allowed us to drive the Lexus. Unfortunately, my husband wasn't there so I couldn't purchase. I ended up purchasing from Ryan who was very nice but he didn't spend enough time with us on showing us how to use the car. We really liked the manager who we bought the car with! (finance) We are senior citizens and need more help before driving it away. (probably no problem with younger people) We had to wait a really long time also for Ryan while we were sitting in his office & couldn't understand why since we had already made a deal with him and were paying cash.
