Dealership is very bad about returning phone calls after you purchase your car. Left numerous voice mails in different depts. and no one calls you back. Have left a couple messages in the finance dept. because I have a question on one of the pieces of paperwork we signed and once again, they don't answer the phone and don't return voice mails. 1. Was promised a call when car would be ready for pick-up around 12noon and did not receive a call, I drove to dealership to see if car was ready. Matt had car brought up. Front of car had not been washed and there were bugs all over the front of the passenger side. Matt had the car taken back to be rewashed to remove bugs. 3. Asked Matt to check the GPS to see if it was reset after a new battery being installed. He said he would take care of it. But he didn't and I had to bring the car back to dealership to have the GPS corrected. 4. There were billing errors and the statement had to be redone, but the cashier ran the wrong bill and a refund had to be posted to my credit card. This was the last straw! Note: This is my 4th Lexus and have never received such poor service in the 40 years of dealing with Lexus dealerships in Santa Rosa , Sacramento and Roseville. More
Everything was efficient. Roseville Lexus’ service was superb! I was greeted by the service guy who took my car. I met with my service advisor after 10 mins. I was given my loaner car thereafter. Was impressed by Joe's commitment to providing a good customer experience. However, my initial impression of the dealership was tainted because I had made an appointment with Ryan and, when I arrived, h customer experience. However, my initial impression of the dealership was tainted because I had made an appointment with Ryan and, when I arrived, he had forgotten about our appointment. I was left waiting for about 10 minutes only to be passed me off to Joe who had not been updated on my prior conversations with Ryan. I felt like I was a bother and offered to return at another time. Joe worked well with me (I had already decided on the car prior to arriving at the dealership) and then when we were working out the final details, Joe disappeared and Ryan returned which was discombobulating, especially since Ryan was predisposed to say "no" to everything. Here I was writing a check for over $50K and it was pulling teeth just to get a cargo net! Ryan made no effort to apologize for forgetting my appointment and making me wait, showed no contrition, and made no effort at service recovery. Poor Joe was left with that task and Joe managed just fine without Ryan. To boot, when I returned a couple of days later, Ryan was not even there to conclude the deal -- Joe was great, walked me through the safety settings and gave me a tutorial on how to use all the new features. Also, the finance guy was very helpful and personable -- appreciated him as well. As for recommending the dealership, I am not sure yet -- hoping that as the years go on, I will have a good service experience when I return for maintenance. More
