Had difficulty with obtaining a "loaner car". Was told that my license was expired and that I could not use a loaner. Tried to explain that the DMV had extended my license expiration date due to the pande that my license was expired and that I could not use a loaner. Tried to explain that the DMV had extended my license expiration date due to the pandemic and that they had closed the DMV offices. The people at the loaner desk nicely explained that they could not follow the new rules from DMV and would not loan me a vehicle. DMV will not give you a written extension (I tried) to your license, therefore one can't get a loaner from the dealership. You need to correct your policy on loaners. I'm sure I can't be the only person that this has happened to considering how long the pandemic rules have been in effect. Felt I was stuck in the middle...DMV won't give me an extension in writing and the Lexus dealership won't accept my license. More

Good overall experience. Only issue is the new car requires a software update at the dealership, which was not done before releasing the car to me.
