Charlie Hunt was the perfect Rep for Lexus. Our buying process took quite a while in order to get the car we wanted. Charlie stayed the course and the right car was delivered. Every time my vehicle requires service, Brent is a pleasure to work with. This time I opted to wait in the lounge, and was glad to see social distancing measures in place however I did not see any san pleasure to work with.
