Our current Lexus is maintained by Lexus of Roseville, so they would have been my choice for purchase as well, but only if they met high expectations for professionalism, exactness and transparency. Tristan Regnani met our expectations. He walked us through the options, he was patient as we tested multiple vehicles and he walked us through the details. This was no-pressure customer-responsive sales -- as it should be. We ordered the car exactly as we wanted it and knew the exact price up-front. It had to be built in Japan, then Covid created a multiple month delay as factories closed in Japan. Tristan was in touch with us every step of the way. His response time (even on his days off) was measurable sometimes in minutes. He was patient with our impatience given the delay. The car arrived exactly right in every way, it is a beauty. The pickup process was easy and Tristan's explanations were very helpful. So with most places, enough said. But, Tristan and Lexus of Roseville, have followed up to ensure our satisfaction. He is now advising us on some the nuances of the advanced safety and entertainment system.
