The Service Center had Lojack installed in my vehicle. They also tinted the rear windows. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the back door panels were streaked & it was dirty. When I made telephone appointment was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours, although service rep did not confirm that when I checked in. Said they would call. Returned to pick up after 3hr 15Min.
