The Service Center had Lojack installed in my vehicle. They also tinted the rear windows. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the back door panels were streaked & it was dirty. When I made telephone appointment was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours, although service rep did not confirm that when I checked in. Said they would call. Returned to pick up after 3hr 15Min. Waited 15 minutes to hours, although service rep did not confirm that when I checked in. Said they would call. Returned to pick up after 3hr 15Min. Waited 15 minutes to be told car was finished and just waiting for paperwork. Paperwork came 30min later and I paid. Said car would be right out. 15min later and no car. Said it would be right out. Another 18min later car arrived. Really? 4hr 20min for 15K service with appointment? More
