Only complaint is that operation and maintenance of this vehicle(GX460) is considerably more ex Dealership clean and well maintained. Service is good. Great service. Called day before and service dept got me in next day. I came in at 7:30am (scheduled drop off 10am) and within 45 min had a loaner and out the door. Roger kept me apprised throughout for in next day. I came in at 7:30am (scheduled drop off 10am) and within 45 min had a loaner and out the door. Roger kept me apprised throughout for my 55k/60k hybrid maintenance. My only wish was that they could have rotated my tires but I suppose they will do that at my next service/oil change. More

Our experience with Jeremy Monschau was the best experience we have ever had buying a car at a dealership. Our credit isn’t the best and Jeremy knew that we had our eye on a new 2020 350 RX. We experience we have ever had buying a car at a dealership. Our credit isn’t the best and Jeremy knew that we had our eye on a new 2020 350 RX. We were told by the credit manager that there was no way a deal could be made, yet Jeremy never gave up on us. Even after we left your car dealership and went to Carmax and ordered a couple of used RX’s to be shipped there, Jeremy called us and said “I think I’ve put together a package for you that will get you into the car you love. Sure enough, we went back to your dealership for the 3rd time and Jeremy had a fantastic package waiting for us, exactly what we had in mind. We have purchased many many new cars in our life time, but never have we had a salesman like Jeremy treat us so special. I have referred 3 couples to your dealership to see Jeremy when they are ready to buy. We know for a fact that if Jeremy was not our saleman we would have walked out of your dealership empty handed and driving a car from Carmax. We can’t say enough about this amazing young man.
