Staying with Lexus for service and performance I have stayed with Lexus (I am on my second Lexus SUV) since 2006. The first Rx400h ran up to 300k+ miles and kept on running. I came back to Lexus because of the car's performance, but then the other half of it is the service that I get from Lexus Roseville. It is good to get to know a service advisor that one can trust (and has helped me navigate Lexus warranty, service and maintenance through the years) and makes the maintenance of a well-used car for doing medical house call visits such an efficient process. I have worked with Brent since my first Lexus SUV and have stayed on because of that. More
