It is good to get to know a service advisor that one can trust (and has helped me navigate Lexus warranty, service and maintenance through the years) and makes the maintenance of a well-used car for doing medical house call visits such an efficient process. I have worked with Brent since my first Lexus SUV and have stayed on because of that. More
