Love my Lexus In December 2019, I visited this dealership for service on my Previous RX350. I expressed interest to my Service Manager Matt that I’d like to talk to In December 2019, I visited this dealership for service on my Previous RX350. I expressed interest to my Service Manager Matt that I’d like to talk to a salesman re a newer RX with Apple Play and possibly a Hybrid 450H.. i was referred to Triston and made an appointment to chat about the possibility of making it happen. As it turned out Triston was busy with another buyer at the time of appointment so in stepped Dominic to answer my questions. Dominic is a friendly, no pressure kind of man. Not only was he a knowledgeable salesman but we also just chatted about life, our families and ups and downs in life. I made a true friendship that December Day. And I ordered a car which would be delivered end of February 2020. Dominic kept me updated on the cars manufacturing progress weekly. He called Thursday, January 30th to say my car was ready! Actually it was the same car that I ordered that came for another buyer who backed out of the deal. I really had to scramble getting the buyer of my previous RX on board early and arrange the funds to pay for the new RX in 24 hours. it all came together and I was greeted by Dominic on the afternoon of January 31st to seal the deal. We visited for an hour while he gave me my key fobs with the leather cover and a lovely Lexus Key Chain,, Then Dennis, stepped in. He is the last in the line during a purchase to have me sign the papers, etc. Then i went back to Dominic and we sat in MY new RX and he showed me how to use many different and new features on this beautiful car. I had some electronic questions that he wasn’t sure of so Triston came out, who is a whiz about everything in the navigation, etc. Triston apologized that he wasn’t available on the day of our appointment in December but he sure made up for it with his knowledge of my RX. Dominic was there and learned a few things too! My overall experience with Lexus of Roseville has been wonderful, not for just this purchase but for 20 years. Lexus is a good, solid, safe, comfortable, reliable car with luxury and safety features galore. Thank you Dominic for making this journey to my new RX 450H so stressless. I consider you as not only a great “no pressure” sales representative for Lexus of Roseville, but also a friend for life, in and out of the dealership. More

Rude and Uncaring Bought a new 2006 Lexus from this location and had a great experience!! Returned in 2019 to get a new upgrade. Went to this store just to test drive and se how we liked the car. The test drive with the rookie salesman went ok. Returned back after our test drive and met the salesman we were actually supposed to be with and he asked how our test went. We said “good just out for a test drive”. Sales manager got quite miffed and said “ people don’t test drive our cars and not go home with it the same day”. Was made that we weren’t there to buy that day!! Both salesman presented no business cards. Did not care to ask us to return to buy. We received no follow up call to see if we were still interested at all in buying. Went to Lexus of Sacramento several weeks later and made a deal on a Lexus es300h. Nice car. Very comfortable. The dealers did not mention that there is a big issue with the 10 speaker sound system. The sound only comes from the front dash area!!! No surround sound. No rear speakers!! No great Lexus sound experience as sold. They know about this issue and no fix to date. Buyer beware. My fourth Toyota/Lexus product. Worst experience on this last one. What’s up Lexus??? Service and quality is falling apart. Sincerely More

They are the rudest group of employees and big bullies. Ryan Triebess, Matt and Mike Carlson are so full of themselves, over talk what you are trying to talk, and do not listen to your concerns. Then over charge you by hundreds of dollars and instead of working with you they said 'well only way to make this right is to bring you car back in and we will remove all the new parts we put on and put your old parts back on'. So they would rather spend hours of labor for this work instead of offering a refund of $200 (I paid $1230). Unless you want to get into an argument and over pay for services go to another repair shop. More
