This is the 4th Lexus we've purchased, and by far the best experience ever. We feel we were treated fairly on pricing and trade-in. Lynn was especially helpful in letting us know about "gap insurance". I best experience ever. We feel we were treated fairly on pricing and trade-in. Lynn was especially helpful in letting us know about "gap insurance". I'd never heard of this before as we generally only finance about 50% of the price of the vehicle. This is very important for me as we financed 100%, and I know that there's a huge reduction in value in the first years. Also, Sean found exactly the vehicle we wanted with all the features we wanted. When we purchased the IS we looked at a silver one which had Park Assist. We wanted white, but when it arrived it did not have park assist. The salesperson did not inform me, and I failed to ensure the car had what I wanted. I learned a lot from that unfortunate experience, and did not let it happen again. My motto: buy any car you want as long as it's a Lexus. Jan Cole More
